Terms & Conditions Applicable For Taxi Services & Bus booking
Advance Booking :
TAXI:- All taxi bookings are confirmed with advance token of at least 30% of total tour cost. Balance to be paid before 48 hrs from your arrival date/time.If fail then your booking stands cancel and no refund given.
For the month of May, june, july & december the advance booking amount is 50% of total tour cost.
BUSES :-All Bus bookings are confirmed with advance token of at least 50% of total tour cost. Balance to be paid before 48 hrs from your arrival date/time.If fail then your booking stands cancel and no refund given.
For the month of May, june, july & december the advance booking amount is 50%of total tour cost.
Cost Includes :
Vehicle at disposal (8Am -8PM) for mutually agreed taxi tour Itineraries & covers all Driver allowance, Fuel, Parking, Toll Tax, Interstate Taxes.
Cost does not Include :
Any Guide / Entrance fees to monuments, Any personal expenses not covered in the Itineraries & Any item which is not specified above.
Additional Taxes if any, applicable as per government rules !
Cancellation of booking:-
1.Taxi booking Cancellation :- If you cancel the booking before 4 days from your arrival date then 30% deducted as a cancellation charges.
If you cancel the booking of the taxi before 3 days from your booking/arrival date then 70% deducted as a cancellation charges from the total tour amount.
If you cancel the booking within or after 48 hrs from your booking/arrival Date then no advance is refunded.
No Refund is made/Given in any condition for cancellation of the Booking in the month from April To July And In the month of December.
2.Bus Booking Cancellation :- If you cancel the booking before 4 days from your arrival date then 10% deducted as a cancellation charges.
If you cancel the booking of the Bus before 3 days from your booking/arrival date then 70% deducted as a cancellation charges from the total tour amount.
If you cancel the booking within or after 48 hrs from your booking/arrival Date then no advance is refunded.
No Refund is made/Given in any condition for cancellation of the Booking in the month from April To July And In the month of December.
Important Note:
1.PRICE MAY CHANGE DUE TO ANY INCREASE IN FUEL PRICE OR CHANGES IN GOVERNMENT TAX REGULATIONS/TOLL Etc.
2.WE RESERVE RIGHT TO CANCEL OUR SERVICES IF TAXI / BUS GETTING TECHNICAL ISSUE/BREAKDOWN,DOUBTS LIKE FAKE IDENTITY PROOFS/INSENSITIVE BEHAVIOR With CAB/Bus/ Drivers/ THREATS / NATIONAL SECURITY MEASURES ARE NOT DEALT ACCORDINGLY.
3.All the disputes will be settled at Kalka jurisdiction only.
4.If any refund made from our Side Then its send only through cheque within 30 working days.
5.Read The Terms & Condition For Advance Booking Before doing the advance booking after we jmk travels line are not able to change our Terms & Condition For Advance Booking at any cost.
6.If you cancel the booking then no fund/advance adjustment is allow in next or any other booking.
7.Driver Details sent/Provides you Before 4hrs From Your Arrival Date Or Time.
